Over the last couple months, I’ve had the privilege of working with 5R Solutions Limited on an exciting project – upgrading their digital presence.
This has included updating their website layout and content, improving SEO and incorporating Google’s Analytics and Business platforms, and updating their LinkedIn and Facebook pages.
A goal of the website redesign was not only to have a new design, but ensuring that the platform can grow with the business. A key focus was ease of maintenance and long-term sustainability of website or CMS platform. The 5R team needed a solution that allowed them to:
- Quickly publish updates and announcements,
- Share industry insights and blog posts in a newsroom,
- Keep their online presence dynamic and engaging,
- Do all of this without needing deep technical expertise.
To achieve this solution, I evaluated several CMS platforms and ultimately decided on Squarespace. It offered the right balance of flexibility, ease of use, reliability, and security – giving the 5R team the confidence to manage their own content while ensuring the site remains professional and robust.
Additionally by enhancing SEO and expanding their Google Business profile to cover all locations across New Zealand, we’ve ensured better indexing of their website and improved discoverability for new and existing customers nationwide.

The days of looking up a business in a phone-book or directory are long behind us. Today, a strong presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook are vital for visibility, credibility, and customer engagement. Strengthening 5R Solutions’ social media presence was therefore an essential part of this project.
